Grandfather Clocks
Current project is working the old lighting display area into an area highlighting grandfather clocks. How do you display such huge clocks into a bit small space? That's the challenge for me apparently, as it's what I'm paid to do. I'm not really a fan of these kinds of clocks... even if I can afford one :) They simply creep me out. It's always starring in many horror movies and when the clock strikes twelve, its Halloween all over again.
Santizer For Your Sanity
My first sanitizer came in a simple rectangular form from Bath and Body Works after alcohol became boring;) Sanitizers used to come in simple gel form and I've tried actually making it after my Uncle taught me that it's just alcohol mixed with gel you can buy in the drugstore. But Bath and Body introduced the little pearl thingy that dissolves in your hand and it became a bit more fun to clean your hands hehe. Now, it comes in different shapes and sizes.

Now Bath and Body sanitizers came up with these pocketbac ideal for bags. And it comes in cute shapes as well.

I personally don't see the use in it having to be studded but I do like this one below;)
simply just too cute... |
Anyway, I've always thought of sanitizers as a girl thing, especially pocketbacs. Imagine my surprise when I saw this going to work!
I guess more and more people are keeping their hands clean, male and female. And that's a good thing I guess. I just hope this isn't just a fad that goes away.

cutie cubees ;)
A friend at work discovered these cute little cube crafts that one can print, cut and fold to make little characters of famous cartoons etc. He made this cute Angry Birds cube art and put it on top of his monitor that just caught my eye and just got to have one too. Soon, most of the artists at work got one, each cuter than the other.

All roads lead home
Before the Harry Potter Deathly Hallows part 2 movie started, there were trailers of other movies to come shown in the screen. One movie caught my eye because of its soundtrack. The trailer was Dolphin Tale and the soundtrack is by Golden State "All Roads Lead Home". Searched it in Youtube right away and found the official video that starred Luke Wilson. The video is quite sad because it showed Luke Wilson, probably the father, trying to find his son but never did. But the song is nice even if it sounded a lot like U2 hehe.
So enjoy;)

Before Sunrise....
is sunset and vice versa. Among the two, I prefer sunsets. It's nostalgic in a way that it reminds me another day is finished and no matter how bad or good it ends, I'm just glad I've made it through the day. One of the best sunsets for me can be found in Cordova, Cebu in a strip of reclaimed land that's unfinished. You can walk the whole strip and see the growing lights of Cebu City and of course the beautiful sunset.

My Flying Watch ;)
I've been eyeing these wonderful Jeremy Scott for Swatch limited edition watches for some time and now finally got one! (thanks to my husband;) It comes in 3 designs as shown below:
I got the one with wings. Why I love this watch? Because it's fun, very creatively designed and the wings are detachable, so when you get bored with the wings you just take it off and you get a classic Swatch watch (value for your money hehe).
Window Display
Before Sketchup, I use to do the window displays in Corel Draw or Photoshop, never mind Studio Max, since it will take forever to render in my pc. Anyway, I've been doing window displays for years now and sometimes you just run out of ideas. It gets boring sometimes doing the same events, that's why its constant for us Visual Artists to research new materials and styles whenever we can. Below are some window displays using Sketchup with graphic imports.
